Mike Lynch
Owner
Mike has been working in the residential construction industry since he started as a laborer on a custom home crew to help pay for college. After graduating from the University of Vermont with a business degree, Mike decided to stay with the carpentry trade that he loved until eventually starting his own business in 2008.
The business has grown organically from the start, and Mike’s role has shifted from carpenter to project manager to overall production manager. Though sales, estimating, and project management are a large part of Mike’s work week, he still enjoys having the tool belt on and jumping into production with the team. Mike is still the main contact in the company for clients throughout the entire building process.
At home, Mike is busy with his three children: Addy, Connor, and Katie, and his lovely wife, Alicia. They have a happy home in Natick and enjoy skiing, mountain biking, running, theater, and spending time with friends and family.
Jeff Eknaian
Project Manager
Jeff Eknaian is an accomplished Project Manager who brings a strong commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and client satisfaction to every project, managing complex work from planning through completion.
Outside of work, Jeff enjoys golf and spending time with his wife and daughter, bringing the same integrity and excellence to family life that he brings to every project.
