Mike Lynch and his team were exceptional. We bought a home that needed a gut renovation, along with a small bump out, and a barn that we converted into a four season studio. Not only did Mike and his team operate with total professionalism, but they completed the job in a timely fashion and within our expected budget. But all of that should be expected. What was unexpected was how much it meant to my wife and I to have a collaborative team in and out of our new home that we authentically liked, implicitly trusted, and whose warmth and professionalism were the first memories we made in the home we expect to spend the rest of our lives in. They redid the kitchen, opened walls into my living room and took down a wall between the dining room and kitchen. Clean, organized and professional. Usually contractors sell you a bill of goods, but Mike and his team deliver. They explain everything daily, clean up every day and explain what they are doing next. I felt very well-informed during my project with them. Other contractors left me in the dark. After the project I would call occasionally about a question, and they got right back to me every time.
